Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026

Soule Construction ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tilewithsoule.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you fill out our Request a Quote form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the details you share about your project. We only collect what you choose to send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site uses cookies and similar technology to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and what type of device or browser is used. Our website is hosted by Wix.com, which collects this information on our behalf.

How we use your information. We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, schedule and complete work, and keep in touch about your project. We use site usage information to improve the website.

We don't sell your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you: with trusted subcontractors and trade partners (for example, a flooring or plumbing specialist) who help with your project, and with service providers that help us run our business and website, such as Wix (website hosting and forms) and our email provider. They may use your information only to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it. We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any project we do together, and as required for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information you've sent us by contacting us below. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.

Children. Our site is meant for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Links to other sites. Our site links to our Facebook page and may link to other sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
