Duvall Estate

This property became a long-running collaboration, with project after project inside and out. Outdoors, I built a bridge across the grounds. Inside, the work ranged from full room transformations down to the intricate tile on the kitchen wall, where every piece had to be laid by hand around the range hood and cabinetry.

The scope included a new exterior addition, radiant heated floors, a fully remodeled kitchen and powder room, and a resurfaced tennis court. From the structure to the finishes, extensive work went into every corner of this home.
